Key Responsibilities:
Be the first point of contact for new and existing customers by handling incoming customer calls and email enquiries.
Build and maintain positive business relationships, both internally and externally.
Resolve customer queries ensuring a high level of customer service.
Source & price materials.
Create, amend, follow up & close quotations in our CRM system.
Order processing.
Support field Sales Representatives as required.
Role is based full-time at Purley Sales Office.
Other Duties:
- Conduct any other reasonable duties/requests as required by the Commercial Manager and Directors.
- Conform with all Company policies.
Key skills:
Experience in the field sales environment.
Good IT skills.
Must have a pro-active and positive attitude.
Attention to detail with good communication skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to use initiative in solving problems.
Working hours/times: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 0800 – 1700, including 1 hour unpaid for lunch.
Package is: annual salary plus the 9% employer pension contribution with Scottish Widows. You may be entitled to the discretionary Annual and Christmas bonuses. Annual leave of 29 days per year, including 8 Bank Holidays.
